I added a redirect for the site olsenday.com to redirect to the secure version of the site. It’s working; however, when I google the site, and click the link, the browser populates the location bar correctly, but renders a 301 status code. The hosting manager is godaddy. The redirect is from the domain olsenday.com to the prefix https with the domain olsenday.com. The redirect’s type is permanent (301), and under “Content Redirect Options”, I selected “Match Path”. Is this something that takes a second to propagate to search engines? How does this work? Did I set up the redirect incorrectly? – by hq overview BaylorPRSer – –
