Hi everyone! I am fairly new to the marketing game… but I’m super stoked and passionate about it. Right now I work at a real estate brokerage. I am part of the admin/leadership staff. Obviously one of the things our office needs to do is to promote, and to bring in new agents and clients. I have been working on social media to initiate growth in the office. I have been doing this by creating promo videos here and there covering events we do, and by doing some basic graphic design. Nothing too fancy. My goal is to eventually bring value to the brokerage by offering more comprehensive marketing service. Agents pay third parties out of pocket to create listing walk through videos, drone photography, and listing photography. My idea? What if our brokerage offered this service to our agents, for free or nominal fee? I want to be the one to do it! The only issue is, with almost 200 agents, the volume would be immense and unmanageable. So my idea is this… create a marketing role. I would cover all events and day to day office life to promote and push the office and our culture to the forefront of the real estate community. And to drive support and engagement of our social media presence, what I would like to do is offer listing services to our top contributors to our Facebook page on a monthly or quarterly basis. This would help manage the listing work to something that is manageable, and also reward top contributing agents who share, and engage in our social media. HOW WOULD I DO THIS? I know that our public fb page offers analytics, but is there a way I can see who is doing the most? Would I have to learn google analytics to do something like this? I know I sound like a total nube, and I am. But I am passionate about this, and I want a solid plan before I bring it to my boss for consideration. Any help is appreciated! Thank you! – by hq overview DesiNoel05 – –
