Alibaba.com shipment

Hi gays. I am starting an online retail business. I ordered some items from Alibaba.com and paid for full cost and shipment fee counted by website itself. After the supplier messaged me asking additional fee for shipment. The items weren’t shipped yet. I made it clear that I am not paying anything and in case you keep asking I will call my bank and cancel transaction. Have you also had the same experience before?
