Any Word press equivalent to In Design

I need to develop a website heavy on information, and constant updates. The site also has to carry heavy sponsor banners with links to their pages, basically across the top and down each gutter I am familiar with Adobe in Design and I’m wondering if there is a word press theme or program that works like In Design?
