Anyone know the limits for french, german and russian domains?

Gmail, yahoo etc has limits on no of emails to accept from new ips/domains. Wondering what are the limits for gmx.de, mail.ru, free.fr etc local email service providers. One of my clients has these emails in their users in their system and was asking if I knew best settings for max inboxing for them. – by /hq/redXhunter777 – –
