Are new Instagram accounts automatically shadowbanned?

Hello.

I created a new account about 2 or 3 weeks ago for my site and I did 2 posts this week. However, they don’t appear when I search for the hashtags in other devices. Am I shadowbanned or are new accounts automatically shadowbanned for a period of time?

How can I get rid of it if it is shadowbanned? My hashtags are clean and the content is also clean.
