Can I use established software like Airtable to sell access to a data product?

Let’s say I have access to extremely valuable B2B data that I’d like to turn into a monthly subscription service (think leads). Would I be able to keep this info updated in Airtable and sell access to read only permissions or would that violate the terms? I realize I could keep this in a basic spreadsheet but I’d like to leverage the added features and visual look of nicer software to enhance the value add. Thoughts? – by hq overview Jackovdajakoff – –
