Collecting money via debit card with no transaction chare [UK]

Hi, One of our customers wishes to make a one-time payment of a sum close to £500 for a catering order. She is asking how she can use her debit card to make a payment without coming to our premises, i.e., without using our card terminal (on which we don’t take phone payments). Online payment options (Stripe, Paypal) integrated onto our website charge upwards of 3-4% as commission.
