So look, I’m trying to get through making my business plan and it is fucking hard. Can anyone talk to me about how they came up with construction costs on their brick and mortar shops? I have a figure of $120/sqft for build out cost. Sales forecasts up to three years: are you estimating a sales goal and adding ten percent more each year?
