    Hi all! I’m at an early stage SaaS startup (Headcount = 15) leading business development. We’ve got a beta that although not full feature and still a bit buggy, already has core & powerful capabilities for the niche market we’re targeting. After analyzing my conversations with ~20 potential clients in our early access list, I realized that the biggest hurdle on their end is that they’re currently too busy to test our product. Ironically, they’re busy with projects in which our app will save them time once fully adopted. We came up with a couple of clever solutions for this internally, but I didn’t want to miss out on the cleverness of the masses. Happy to share our solutions after the thread is a bit more mature.
