    I wasn’t quite sure how to word the title so my apologies for that in advance. I have entered into an agreement to sell equipment from a European manufacturer in the US. My question is I’m not really sure how to advertise the equipment. On the one hand, I could just mention the manufacturers name directly in my marketing material. But my concern is that I’m doing all the marketing for them directly and should we part ways for whatever reason they will have all the name recognition and my business will be back where it was when we first started. I’m worried that this will leave me with nothing to show for my efforts. On the other hand, I could market the equipment under my business and only disclose the manufacturer when/if asked by customers. My thinking is that my name will be synonymous with the imported equipment that I’m pushing. What are people’s thoughts on my thinking? I’m totally open to different ideas as well.
