Does anyone have or can reference an employee contract/template with an equity basis?

I have a developer team of equity based employees(I guess co-founders at this point) looking to join and am writing up term sheets to then present to my lawyer for official contracts. I’d love to see what others have used to create a solid agreement. Both legal and operational advice is welcomed. This is not my first business, but my first startup.
