I noticed this beginning a few months ago and it’s gotten to the point where it’s a daily occurrence. I’m juggling more projects/clients than usual lately, and I’m being spread pretty thin. I’ve gone through cycles like this in the past, but this time I feel like it’s different and I wonder if that’s what is causing these issues. It’s little things, like missing an exit (or stop sign) while talking to my g/f who is in the car with me. I’ve spilled more coffees in the past 2 months than I have in the past 2 years. I’ve never had a problem with distraction before. I’m a master multitasker, always have been. I don’t know if it’s age (I’ll be 49 this year) or burnout or a combination of the two. I’m going on vacation in 3 weeks, so I’m hoping that “resets” my brain – but I’m wondering if any of you that have burned the candle at both ends have experienced anything like this, and what did you do to help? – by hq overview TheKidd – –
