What do you tell a customer that keeps calling for an appointment after being at our shop several times. Always complaining about the price and saying we do a horrible job, yet keeps trying to make an appointment. We own a dog grooming salon, and have been in business for 60 years. My great grandmother started it. We have maybe 5 customers out of the 5 thousand we have that are like this. We are one of the best in town in quality and pretty cheap compared to the competition. What’s the best way to tell a customer you are fired, we don’t want the headache, people are on our waiting list, and we don’t want your business. Most of the customers have been kicked out of other places, and if we do have a dumb moment thinking they learned their lesson and take them one more time they do the same thing. Only this time they went to a cheap place that uses weed eaters instead of scissors to groom their dogs. – by /hq/T3XASOUTLAW – –
