Hi all, It’s my first month with an agency and I’m just wondering if my experience so far is normal. Price wise, they were on the higher end of all the agencies I talked to but I liked what they offered so I chose them. I told them I had a budget of around $2000 a month on Facebook and they said that’s good enough for 4 campaigns per month. It’s been about 3 weeks and so far they’ve run 1 campaign for $300. I’ve actually had to run some campaigns of my own to make up for this lack of budget being spent. I’ve taken a look at the ad copies and the ad sets and they seem pretty basic, like I could’ve just done that myself. The ads themselves have a ROAS of around 3.0 which is ok and it’s the bare minimum I’d like them to be (of course I’d like for it to be much higher) but considering the monthly retainer I have to pay, this is still a very negative return on investment. Communication hasn’t been the best either, they’ve been a bit slow to reply on occasions but I understand that they can get busy sometimes. So far the first month seems unimpressive and I’m locked in for a minimum 3 months. Is this what it’s generally like or does it take some time to learn to get better for the months ahead? – by hq overview turtle49 – –
