(Free) Options for position tracking?

Hey! I am in the middle of my little research for good position tracking site/software but I am getting a bit overwhelmed by results. I will need it for one project – max a few dozen keywords, so I am not interested in expensive enterprise solutions. Ideally, it should be free or for a few bucks/month.
