Getting emails of users with .ru emails registering on my site. Anything to worry about?

There’s no clear way to register from the site so you’d have to manually go to the account page and then register. Also, as of right now there’s no reason for people to register on the site so I’m 100% sure these is just bots. Anything to worry about and if so how would I go about stopping them? – by /hq/Oryon- – –
