Help – Google AdWords account suspended, hacked.

I received an email from google that my AdWords account has been permanently suspended. The message stated that the decision is final, and support will not help me. I was caught off guard by this because my account follows their guidelines, but while going through it I noticed ads that I did not create that were sending traffic to a website that I do not own and have never even heard of before. Has anyone ever experienced something like this before? I’m lost at what to do. Should I create a new ads account or will that just get automatically suspended since this account was suspended? – by /hq/DonnaHuee – –
