[Help Request] Implementing Google Tag Manager on WordPress
I have a e-commerce websites. Previously i never bother with using Google analytics, i just use basic facebook pixel. But lately i think i need more accurate measurement before i can scale for paid ads. But the problem is i don’t understand at all how to properly implement gtm. I tried reading this guide from (Analytics Mania)[https://analyticsmania.com/post/ecommerce-tracking-with-google-tag-manager/] and this about (data layer)[https://www.analyticsmania.com/post/ultimate-google-tag-manager-data-layer-tutorial/] but unfortunately i don’t understand any of it. But they also mentioned about plugin such as GTM4WP Now my question is, can a plugin like that (or alternative like pixelYourSite) implement all GTM feature properly? And if not, is there any guide for dummies like me. hahaha At minimumn, I need it so that GA can record transaction data because so far GA can only track visit, but not sales/conversion (my revenue is always recorded at 0). Thank you very much. – by hq overview wilstreak – –
