Hi! Need help with a WordPress Issue

Not at all (like, at all) WordPress savvy so please excuse me if I don’t explain the problem correctly… but there are links that work fine on the desktop version of my website but then on the mobile version, they don’t. I think it is an issue with the theme, but it was custom built and that makes it hard to figure out what’s going on. I know a plug-in or update might have caused it, but I don’t have a backup (I didn’t know!!) so I need to fix it or pay a bunch to have it fixed by godaddy.
