How do I outrank a mug shot site for Image Search?

Hi. Even though I have a pretty unique name, there are about four people in US with the same first and last name. I recently Google Image searched my name and saw that the number three image result is a mug shot for another person with my same name. (seriously, it’s not me) Other than getting more pics related to my name and me to rank, is there any way to push the pic of the other person lower? The site doesn’t show in the Google Search results, only in Image search. It’s a typical mug shot site with no contact info and the Whois is private.
