How to be a digital marketing specialist?

Hey everyone! As much as I like digital marketing, I would love to be a digital marketing specialist/ paid ads , then MAYBE become a digital marketing manager down the road. (I would like to work in the Fashion Industry). I hate content creation though…! I graduated college in 2018 and mainly have social media marketing experience. Right now, I’m a social media marketing specialist, I do social media engagement, paid ads (manage ads on Facebook) and SEO. I currently have an internship that involves social media, analytics, SEO, content development and market research. I created a brand with an audience of over 30K on Instagram and 700+ on Facebook. I created my website using Shopify and plan on implementing SEO. Also, I don’t have any fashion experience and thought of creating a Fashion Blog + increasing the audience to 10K+ on my personal Instagram account that has 3K followers and gets between 500-800 likes per post.
