How to make a directory in a url?

excuse my english.. i don’t know what’s called, i did some google research but i couldn’t find it. for example www. “example” .com is the url. let’s say in the landing page there’s a button called “blog” if i click it , it will take me to a blog page and change the link to www. “example” .com/blog what is it called in the development world? and how is it possible to create it thanks – by /hq/Right_Part_5987 – –
