How to manage external links on a huge site? Do we have a plugin for central link management?

I am in the process of building a website for a brand. Some products will have links to different retailers. The site will also be multilingual. I do not want to manage each link manually per page. Instead I would prefer to have a central dashboard, where I can see and manage all links centrally and globally. So far I did not find any good solutions. Thankful for all ideas! – by /hq/thoowz – –
