How to setup wordpress like apple (multi country, multi language)?

I’m trying to figure out how to setup WordPress to work like apple.com. For example, if you are in Canada, and you go to apple.ca, it will bring you to apple.com/ca If you are in the UK, and you go to apple.com, it will send you to apple.com/uk and put up a banner at the top asking if you want to remain on the UK site or choose another. And then you have the language options.. I want to be able to have the content be the same across all the WP sites, but manage the translations from one central area.
