Ignoring publication requirement for new LLC in NY

Any NY business owners who have ignored this requirement? I eventually will do this but don’t want to spend the money to run an ad for 6 weeks. I heard the only implication is I can’t sue anyone in NY. Any other reasons why I should do this now rather than later? – by hq overview 2bridgesprod – –
