Hi everyone, I’m in the process of starting my first business and I’m going to be giving a presentation to all of my potential investors within the next two weeks. For the record, all of these people are friends, and parents of friends. With that said, I’m looking for about $12,000 in investments. But I’m new to this in general. Can anyone offer me guidance on how to go about calculating my offers for interest? Should I offer the money back in a lump sum with the interest? If so is 1 Year an appropriate amount of time to pay the investors back? If I go with a long term payment to my investors such as that, what is a healthy amount of interest to offer? It’s going to be about 10 people I invite with an average contribution of $1200 I’m looking for. If the long term action isnt ideal: Would a monthly repayment with interest be more attractive? Is it unheard of to offer this with a grace period in the beginning? Such as payments will go out 6 months after launch? Can you recommend any helpful resources for this? Thank You guys, I’m new to this so please forgive any ignorance. – by hq overview crescent2612 – –
