Importing doesnt bring all things?

I did some changes in theme editor. For example in header.php to have wanted navigation bar and top nav bar. I exported my wordpress and after importing it to another wordpress site. There arent the changes that I made in theme editor. Why it doesnt bring all the changes. Do I have to put them there again. – by hq overview SsasukeSasuke – –
