In JAMstack, do you have a dev and prod environment?

Starting up a project using the JAMstack architecture and this is one thing that’s confusing me and I can’t really find documentation on it. Could there be a separate folder of markdowns for dev and for prod? If you’ve worked on a JAMstack project, I’d like to hear about your experience so far! – by hq overview koochofcourse – –
