Instagram Help Needed

Since it’s impossible to even reach out to Instagram Support (sending them a major F U) I wanted to ask you good people here about the issue I’m having:

Instagram just blocked the account I’m handling saying that it’s been shared with an app that boosts likes, etc. but I have it only connected to Buffer?

How do I find out more info about this block?
