When you are feeling tired, slow, unmotivated, what do you do to instantly raise energy and motivation? Things that help for me: 20 push-ups Treadmill for 20 minutes Eat something. Sugar (will crash after a while) Coffee. I use rarely (like once every 2 weeks or so, to avoid dependency) If none of it works, I just accept defeat for the day and be unproductive the rest of the day, and try to sleep/rest earlier to be better the next day. – by hq overview fainarufantaji8 – –
