Hello. I apologize if this isn’t the right place to post this. I just recently began the process of establishing my own LLC through LegalZoom (LZ). I opted for LZ because I’m new to the process and would benefit from their support. I thought this was my best bet to at least get the ball rolling. While I work full-time and have funds available to support this endeavor, I am more curious about the expenses I should expect from an LLC that has no employees or product for sale at the moment (as it is in development and I am the owner). I have already invested $1K for a CPA and an Agent for 6 months offered by LZ. Is this normal? I feel like others have paid significantly less to establish an LLC. Additionally, should I part ways with LZ after they get everything established for me (after my 6 months are up)? Any advice would be helpful, thanks! – by hq overview overambitious123 – –
