‘Managing’ (or maybe just ‘working with’) Ideas People

I’m an outside adviser to a tech firm. There are a couple of people involved, but the ‘ideas guy’ is all over the place, and I think the business is going to tank as a result. He’ll start and stop projects, manage to get into the minutia of even the most menial tasks, and insists on sitting in on the hires of the person who cleans the place up. I’m not sure what to tell him or how to move forward, generally. Thoughts? Advice? – by hq overview FluidHips – –
