Hey guys just got a couple questions I hope get answered. I have recently taken over an apartment locating business in Dallas Texas. The business has been around for 10 years, I was given the opportunity because I met the right person at the right time.(I can go more into detail if anyone is curious) What the previous owner did about 5-6 years ago before he shut it down was post a lot of ads on craigslist. He was making any where from $15,000-$30,000 a MONTH back in 2014 when it was running. For personal reasons he shut it down until he met me. I have had it for about 2 months and have been posting facebook ads, posting on market place, and have been posting on craigslist. I have had almost no luck acquiring clients, I do get the occasional message or call, but usually does not work out. This is a free service we offer so it cost nothing to the customer, just the apartment/landlords pay us a commission for bringing them tenants. What would be some good ways to get people to know about our service and have phone calls or messages roll in? Thank you for any help. – by hq overview theuser12 – –
