    I’m the owner of a small consumer brand. Something which I think would align well with our brand is offering out of hours customer service. For example, if a customer has a question at 8pm on a Thursday and I’m at a restaurant or watching TV at home, I’m more than happy to write a reply (our customer questions are very easy to answer 99% of the time).
