Hi all, Long-time lurker first time poster. Currently working for a larger company in the manufacturing industry and we have a magazine that goes out twice yearly with promotions on products. The products vary from cheaper kits to assist our customer’s equipment, to larger accessories. We run promotions primarily through Facebook as previously they’ve found that they get the best results. Unfortunately, we’re getting great click-through rates (5%+) and low cost per click (less than $0.20), with high engagement too, but we can’t get customer’s to our physical locations to purchase the products. We don’t have any form of ecommerce (and being so big, we’re a while off), and the only way for someone to purchase products online is to email our support team with the part number and go from there. One person suggested we have something that pre-fills an email and sends it to our support team, but I have no idea where to start with that. Any suggestions? Thank you. – by /u/pearapplefruit123 hq overview
