Main contact at client company wanted to deploy our saas software ASAP to be used on an impending project. We had no customers at this point and needed the case study, so we deployed without signing contract. Our software is now being used consistently across multiple projects. The main contact has been loafting on finalizing terms with us and setting up POs. We can only can communicate with him over email. Even setting up a phone call or meeting is proving difficult. If it came down to it, we would rather provide the software for free instead of walking away. It’s a relatively large contract for us and we don’t have many and we’re bootstrapping without outside funding. What are some strategies to force immediate action on his end? – by hq overview dodgingwrenches – –
