    Whats up fellow agency owners! As many of the people in this community, i’m in the starting phase of my agency. At the moment i have build up a list of twenty qualified prospects, which im going to do my first outreach to. I’ll be making personalised audits in the form of a 2-5 min video, in which I analyse the prospects business, from the perspective of a digital marketeer. My goal with this audit is to close a MEETING, basically by sparking the interest of my prospect and make them feel like they’re really missing out on something that is essential for business owners in this ‘digital era’ which we’re in right now. So let’s say i’ve set a meeting with a prospect and closed a deal. The following day I send them an e-mail with a digital invoice (payment), and a link to a click funnel. This funnel contains of a series of video’s and is basically a procedure where the client gets introduced to the whole process of digital marketing. It’s a series of videos with different sections. Right now im creating a section based on responsibilities and expectations. So this is the point im getting to. Im not sure how to set the expectations for my clients because i don’t have any previous experiences. I was wondering if there are any experienced marketeers in this community that can help me with this section, or just introduce me to some ideas that i can use.
