Opening a small speciality coffee shop

So I’m opening up a small coffee shop (33sqm) next month. The design of the shop allows 7 chairs to be situated inside the shop comfortably, and perhaps another 4 outside. I’ll be focusing on providing amazing tasting coffee in a part of town that has some locals living, a bank HQ and tourists. However, there is another coffee shop opening (possibly by the end of the year), with a much larger space. Now, I’ve obviously done my market research and written down marketing and social media campaigns, but I wanted to tap into the wonderful hive mind that is hq overview for any pointers on how to utilise my space to create a nice space for customers. – by hq overview BreakfastAntelope – –
