I’m a small ecommerce business owner and I recently hired a marketing person to manage Google ad campaigns for me. The monthly rate is $650 and I’m curious what level of support I should expect at that price point? Should I expect weekly campaign monitoring? More? Less? I know I’m not their only client but I also haven’t seen any changes to the account since the campaigns went live a few weeks ago so I’m not sure what behind-the-scenes stuff might be going on? There’s been quite a bit of unreturned phone calls and very delayed email responses and it’s making me wonder if this guy is taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in the area or not. Figured I’d ask here. – /u/nomoresillydaydreams [HQ] [Overview]
