Please help

Hi there! I am part of a study association who host their on website using WordPress as the domain to edit our website. Our domain itself is hosted somewhere else. Long story short: I wanted to update plug ins and now I can’t reach the website or the wp-admin website. I have no idea what to do, please help :(.
