Question about Teespring and ads

Hi, does any of you know if Teespring ads are international or based on a user’s country. I’m planning to start a Teespring t shirt shop but the niche I plan to do is very normal and widely accepted in the US and Europe but very very controversial in my home country. Does anyone here have experience in advertising for Teespring and if so, are ads only for people in your home country or is it international or manually selectable?
