[QUESTION] Is it illegal to scrape and share email addresses from websites

Hello from Berlin fellow hustlers, As title suggest; does anybody exactly know if it would be illegal to publish/share scraped email addresses from websites. I made some research most resources suggest it is but i also had the impression it is not strictly illegal.
