Real Estate Agent Add On Services?

My friend is a real estate agent who has been doing really well in a high growth area of the US. There have been a lot of people moving in and most of those folks are white collar type workers with high paying jobs. We were trying to think of a way to take advantage of this fact given he is in contact with so many new residents (as well as locals moving around). Are there any add on services that can be offered?
