Resources for a new email marketer?

Hey everyone, I’ve recently taken on a more serious and in-depth role at my job, which includes really learning and expanding upon my email marketing skills. Everything I know about email comes from the past year of experience I’ve had executing our email marketing, so I truly don’t know much about this. I was wondering if anyone has some resources for someone who wants to get more into the strategist side of email marketing. Most of google searches keep giving me “top 10 tip” lists which is essentially the same notes over and over that we’re already doing. We have numerous automated flows set up and a solid process for our current campaigns, so moving forward this is just about me diving deeper and really learning as much as I can about strategic email marketing. Thanks for any help and guidance. I’ve never really been thrown into something like this before and learning this has been very challenging and fun.
