Not sure if anyone has experience selling stickers but I’m hoping to get some help/insight. I have about 3k stickers in inventory. I originally bought 5k of them and sold 1-2K pretty quickly through social media last year. Since the changes have occurred on the platform(s) selling them has been increasingly more difficult. I have already sold enough to cover the initial investment cost but trying to find a way to bring in more sales while not devaluing my stickers. I have tested selling stickers at $3-4 and they sell perfectly fine.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I sell stickers on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and my own Shopify store. The Etsy PPC advertising recently (a few months ago) changed and now you can’t pick your price for the PPC, and it’s fucked my business up there quite a bit, charging me more per click than I can afford to keep good margins. But if you just put stuff up there without the advertising you can still rank with regular search pretty easily.
As far as adding value have you considered making “packs”? The money you save shipping (should be able to ship 5 or 10 for the same price as one) means you can give them a discount on a pack, ie if you ship 4 dollars shipping included for one, then you could do 16$ for 5 and you’re not really losing that much money since it’s still only costing you a dollar to ship, so you’re selling 5 stickers for 3 each which was what you were selling them for before if it costs about a dollar to ship. You’re not losing any money there, just selling bulk.
Dunno what kind of stickers you’re selling but i’m sure you could come up with some different ways to set them up into packs. Maybe even do a mystery pack that has one best seller in it and a couple that don’t sell well so you can get rid of them. Or if you have shopify with add-on app software added you could do a “hey why not add a mystery sticker to your order for 2$?” which would let you get rid of some low sellers and not cost you any more in shipping.. A lot of people who like stickers just want TONS of them because they want to cover something completely with stickers, so they don’t mind getting a few they don’t care about as much.
I also sell my stickers on Amazon, and I had to bump the price up to 6 bucks to get them to have a decent margin for me. They sell OK even though i personally think that’s pretty expensive for a sticker. But people are happier to shop on amazon and know they can get it fast with free shipping etc etc.
As far as free promotion i’d say you should find some instagram people with smaller followings, say between 5 and 10k followers, and DM them, say “hey i’ll send you some free stickers for a post where you show them.” Not everyone will say yes but some people will, and you’ll get an influencer post for basically just the cost of a stamp to mail stuff to them.
