Seo blocking

I am starting to do some seo work on my website but I only want my website to show in searches that are made in the US because my product is only good for us based customers. I do not want my website showing in any search that is not from the United States. Is that possible? At the moment I only do PPC which is easy because I can filter to US searches only but with organic can I do the same? – by /hq/masterofcraft1 – –
