In June I asked for a raise a little prematurely. I was promoted to marketing manager from associate without a raise, so inquired on one. They said they give raises only yearly. Fast forward October, I’ve now been here a year + 3 weeks and they have not offered an evaluation of my work. Should I email them and ask if my evaluation has been discussed? For reference too, I am the top earner at the company after my first year. I’ve introduced social media, email, bing and many more strategies that make up about 10% of our revenue now and growing. Also, I am responsible for paid google which is about 60% of revenue. I handle about 70% of the companies annual (1M/mo) revenue and am paid about the lowest of the company at 40K, making just 5K more than our 2 warehouse guys. – by hq overview GooeySooey – –
