I’ve built a store I’m fairly proud of that will sell products aimed to help people with back pain. I work directly in this field as my day job involves supporting elective spine surgeries and I cover clinic visits with patients with back pain once a week. The products accomplish similar things to what a chiropractor would do and are based on sound anatomical principles. I’ve ordered the products individually and picked out the best quality ones. I’m ready to put together a small inventory but I wonder if I’m better off waiting to launch until the world calms down a bit. I’ve got plans to launch a blog on my site that shares advancements in spine care/back pain relief in a way that is digestible for the average consumer. It’s something I’ve got a fair bit of knowledge in and keep up with to an extent with my day job anyways, so I figured it was a good way to add some social proof to my business. I’m wondering now if I should just hold off on running ads and stick to generating some content while I wait for things to blow over and using my remaining time to work my job and get a reliable but low ceiling type of side hustle to help me stack cash while I wait for a time when people aren’t faced with such uncertainty and afraid to spend money. TLDR: is it a better idea to wait to launch my store or should I go for it now? – by /hq/mitch8017 – –
