I sold a shirt on eBay and disclosed that it had a spot where the dye didn’t adhere well. I also took a picture of this area. Now the customer is returning it as item not described for this spot. Any way, I asked for the group’s opinion and all of them are saying do a complete refund and take it as a loss. First of all this has already happened to me twice this month. Second of all, I’m a small business not Amazon or Walmart. Sorry Vent over..
